Craig established Excel Insurance Services in 2000. He wanted to start an adjusting company which offered the experience and training that few adjusting companies offer. Each employee has been trained and worked directly for a major insurance company.
Craig has over 21 years of experience handling all lines of insurance coverage. He worked at State Farm as a Claim Manager for several years prior to establishing Excel Insurance Services. He specializes in investigation, evaluation and negotiation of complex claims. He knows how to handle policy and coverage issues.
Carrie Floen, Independent Adjuster/Owner
Carrie has over 18 years experience in research and investigation. She has worked as a Legal Investigator for Metro Legal Services. She also worked as a Paralegal for both American Family Insurance Company and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as well as private law firms. She specializes in skip tracing/locating entities, asset searches and other background research.
Marlo Pranke, Independent Adjuster
Marlo has over 30 years of material damage claim experience. He worked as a Material Damage Supervisor for Mendota Insurance Company and as an Appraiser Trainer/Supervisor for Federated Mutual Insurance Company. He handles personal automobiles, recreational vehicles, trucks, motorcycles and watercraft. He is ICAR trained and utilizes the Mitchel Ultimate 6.0 estimating system using Scene Access.
